At every stage, we offer personalized care across a comprehensive range of obstetric and gynecological services. The obstetric care at Lifeline ICU includes management of both routine and high-risk pregnancies, pre-natal diagnosis and treatment.
The gynecology services include care for all disorders of the female reproductive system, emergency gynecological surgery and educative and supportive services for all the needs of a woman.
Defined as hypertension during pregnancy after 20th week. Proper management of pre-eclampsia is must to avoid complication like haemorrhage, convulsion.
Treatment involves: Antihypertensive
Pre-eclampsia when complicated by seizure. May require urgent intervention to avoid fetal death.
Defined as hemorrhage during pregnancy. May require urgent resuscitation, in severe cases urgent surgical intervention is required.
Defined as hemorrhage after delivery, requires urgent surgical intervention, in severe cases requires hysterectomy.
Hematological Malignancies – ALL, AML, CML, CLL.
Non-haematological Malignancies – may present with post chemotherapy complication like tumor lysis syndrome.
Hematological malignancy patient when had blast crisis requires immediate ICU admission and resuscitation.
